If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase we’ll gladly offer an exchange or refund on all products returned to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they’re returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. In this situation, the cost of shipping will be at the customer’s expense. All sale items are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the product is defective or sent to you in error. For exchanges, you will also need to pay the new postage costs.
If you found you ordered the wrong product, or we sent the wrong product, please make sure you return it in all of it's original packaging, UNOPENED and UNUSED.
Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-sealed condition.Items must be unopened with hygiene seals intact.
ARRANGING YOUR EXCHANGE, REFUND OR RETURN
In the unfortunate circumstance that your item(s) arrive faulty, please email hello@beautywarrior.com.au along with any relevant information and photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.
Once we have authorised the product return, please post the product to:

Please include any of the following with the returned products:
▪ Copy of your order confirmation email
▪ Copy of invoice
Please ensure your return package has a valid tracking number and relevant insurance as Beauty Warrior will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Once you’ve provided the relevant returns information we will be in touch to arrange your refund or exchange.
Please note that all returned items must be unopened and in original condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend that products returned by post be sent by registered or certified mail as we accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your exchange or refund is processed. Please note refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
