At Beauty Warrior we use Australia Post to deliver your purchases within Australia. You have the option of choosing Standard Parcel Post or Express Parcel Post.
We aim to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible and usually ship within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email from Beauty Warrior which will include your Australia Post tracking number.
Standard Parcel Post 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Express Parcel Post 1-3 business days depending on your location with Australia.
We offer Free Standard Shipping when you purchase over $120.00 of products. For orders under $120.00 Standard Shipping is $11.00 and Express Shipping is $13.95 for orders under $200.00.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more accurate delivery times.
Please note we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or on Australian Public Holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this stage we are only shipping to New Zealand but please be aware there are still delays due to COVID that are beyond our control. We aim to add more International locations shortly.
We use Australia Post for International shipping.
New Zealand:
Standard International Shipping - Tracking provided. 5-12 business days. $25.00
Express International Shipping - Tracking number and signature on delivery 3-8 business days - $40.00
Beauty Warrior is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. Items sent via Australia Post are not automatically covered for loss or damage. You can purchase insurance via Australia Post to protect yourself against damage or loss.
IMPORT DUTIES: Each country has its own import regulations, restrictions and taxes. Any taxes that may be charged for entry into your own country are payable by you.
