We aim to package your orders in the most environmentally friendly way possible, and we will continue to look for even better ways to send your parcels.

Our mailers are made from 100% recycled cardboard and are completely recyclable.

Our shredded paper fill is from Eco Pak Packaging. The shredded paper is environmentally friendly, made from recycled office waste paper and once finished with can be easily composted, or sometimes we use Bio degradable packing peanuts.

Our tissue and stickers are eco-friendly and sustainable from No Issue tissue. The tissue and stickers are FSC certified ( Forest Stewardship Council) printed on cellulose fibre,  acid free paper that doesn’t leave behind any chemicals when de-composing, and printed using soy inks that are an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based inks, made from soybeans, a renewable resource

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at . We are here to help and your happiness and love of clean beauty is our top priority!

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on all products returned to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they’re returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. In this situation, the cost of shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the product is defective or sent to you in error. For exchanges, you will also need to pay the new postage costs.

If you found you ordered the wrong product, or we sent the wrong product, please make sure you return it in all of it's original packaging, unopened and unused.

Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-sealed condition. Items must be unopened with hygiene seals intact.

In the unfortunate circumstance that your item(s) arrive faulty,  please email  along with any relevant information and photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.

Please include any of the following with the returned products:

▪ Copy of your order confirmation email
▪ Copy of invoice

Please ensure your return package has a valid tracking number and relevant insurance as Beauty Warrior will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Once you’ve provided the relevant returns information we will be in touch to arrange your refund or exchange.

Please note that all returned items must be unopened and in original condition.  It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend that products returned by post be sent by registered or certified mail as we accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us.

You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange or refund is processed. Please note refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.

All items purchased from Beauty Warrior are made pursuant to shipping arrangements and we are not responsible for any loss or damage once a package has been posted. 

Beauty Warrior  is not responsible  for individual reactions or irritations a product may cause, we recommend you thoroughly read the ingredients list on the product page on our website to ensure the ingredients are safe for you.
